The cozy small room was nice, but Wi-Fi was quite poor.

I stayed for 4 nights in a cozy room and loved the ultra-modern decor and my daily scrumptious breakfast. However, the air conditioning was inadequate compared to the photos. I'd definitely come back!

Had a great time with friends! The location is spot on, so we walked to the main shopping complex and the zoo. We even tried out a Segway tour, which was a blast. The room was cozy, and I loved the coffee machine. Definitely recommend checking out the breakfast too. it's tasty and worth it!

One downside was that I received two small beds instead of the king size I requested.

Great family stay with plenty of space

The hotel was super clean and had tons of space for all of us. Even with 5 people in one room, there was room to breathe. The lobby area felt lively too! Only thing was the breakfast during peak hours felt like a mad rush with long waits. Still, it was a solid choice overall.

We had an incredible stay with our 20 family members at this hotel! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of great attractions, like the zoo and lots of shops. Plus, the spacious family room gave us all the comfort we needed.

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process could be improved for families with children.
